Proposed Tariffs for the Years 2026 and Beyond
November 15, 2024
Notice of Publication and Filing of Objections
The Copyright Board publishes the proposed tariffs filed by collective societies in 2024, along with a Notice from the Secretary General.
The Board also publishes the Notices of Grounds for Proposed Tariffs and comparative documents filed by the collective societies. The Notices of Grounds contain information that allows potential users of a tariff to determine whether the tariff applies to them and their activities. They also allow users who decide to object to identify the specific basis for their objection. These documents are published as filed by the collective societies.
The deadline to file an objection to any of the proposed tariffs is Monday, December 16, 2024, at 5 p.m. EST.
Objectors are required to file a Notice of Grounds for Objection. Information on the requirements for the Notice of Grounds for Objection can be found in the Practice Notice on Filing a Notice of Grounds for Objection [PN 2022-007 rev. 2].
For more information about the tariff approval process, including objecting to a proposed tariff, consult the Board’s User Guide.
Objections and Notices of Grounds for Objection must be filed using the webform.
